By creating an account or using Typimo in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Typimo after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account.

You must provide accurate information when registering and must be legally able to enter into these terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or create risk for other users or for Typimo.

You keep full ownership of the documents, images and other content you create or upload to Typimo. We claim no ownership over your content.

You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process and display your content so the service can operate — for example, to render your documents, generate exports, or serve a share link you turned on.

You are solely responsible for your content and for having the rights to upload it. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful or that violates anyone else's rights.

Share links are your choice. Anyone with an active link can view that document until you turn sharing off or reset the link.

Typimo includes AI-assisted writing, editing and research tools. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on or publishing it.

We do not guarantee that AI output is original or free of third-party rights. Use it at your own discretion.

You agree not to misuse Typimo. This includes attempting to access other users' data, interfering with the service, reverse engineering it, scraping it at scale, or using it for anything unlawful.

We may remove content or restrict access where we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.

We work hard to keep Typimo available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that data can never be lost.

We may add, change or remove features at any time, including discontinuing the service, with or without notice where permitted by law.

You are encouraged to keep your own backups of important documents using the export features.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Typimo and its operators disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Typimo and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue or business, arising from or related to your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or, if you paid nothing, to the smallest amount permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Typimo and its operators from any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms.

You may stop using Typimo and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms or to protect the service and its users.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including content responsibility, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification — survive.

These terms are the entire agreement between you and Typimo regarding the service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
