Account information: the email address and name you provide when signing up or signing in, and your profile photo if you upload one.

Your content: the documents, images and chart data you create or upload, stored so the service can work for you.

Usage data: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service running and improve it.

To provide the service: storing and rendering your documents, generating exports, serving share links you enable, and signing you in.

To operate and improve Typimo: diagnosing problems, understanding which features are used, and keeping the service secure.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your documents to advertise to you.

When you use AI writing, editing or research tools, the relevant text from your document is sent to our AI provider to generate a response. This processing happens only to fulfill your request.

Your documents are private by default. A document is visible to others only when you turn on its share link; anyone with that link can view it until you turn sharing off or reset the link.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety and security of Typimo and its users.

Your data is stored with our cloud hosting provider and protected with industry-standard measures, including access controls so that only you can reach your private documents.

No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can edit your profile, export your documents, and delete documents at any time from within the app.

You may delete your account to remove your personal information, subject to records we must keep for legal or security reasons.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal data, such as access, correction or deletion. Contact us to exercise them.

We keep your content for as long as your account is active. Content you delete is removed from active systems and from backups on a rolling schedule.

Typimo is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
